The eyepin event access solution can be flexibly adapted to your event. Use as many check-in stations as needed, based on attendee numbers and peak arrival times. The main station automatically connects and manages all additional stations, helping ensure a smooth check-in process.
The eyepin event check-in stations create their own secure network via a Wi-Fi router. This eliminates the need for cabling and allows the system to be deployed flexibly at almost any venue, independently of existing network infrastructure or an internet connection.
You can rent eyepin check-in stations flexibly by the day or on a long-term basis and configure them to suit your event. Depending on your needs, combine notebooks, scanners, routers, and printers for labels, ID cards, or wristbands. In addition, you can easily manage check-in via the eyepin App on a smartphone or tablet and expand your setup at any time.
For your check-in setup, you receive a preconfigured notebook with the appropriate eyepin application as the main station - optionally including a USB dongle for backups. Additional check-in stations can be flexibly equipped with further notebooks in a clean, modern design.
Use the clear eyepin user interface to keep an overview of your event throughout the entire check-in process. The modern 14-inch notebook offers additional security with a Kensington lock and up to 12 hours of battery life for long event days.

The Evolis Primacy enables fast, high-quality badge printing directly at check-in. With duplex card printing, Wi-Fi connectivity, and high print speeds, it is ideal for professional events with high attendee volumes.
The Zebra GX430t is a compact and reliable printer for paper and textile labels directly at check-in. With Wi-Fi connectivity as well as direct thermal and thermal transfer printing, it can be used flexibly for a wide range of badge and label formats.
The Wi-Fi router connects all on-site devices through its own secure mesh network. WPA2 encryption helps keep communication protected.
For synchronization with eyepin Event, the router can be connected to the internet flexibly via a network connection or LTE.
